Parent Teacher Conferences

Hamilton County Unit 10 School District will hold its annual Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 23rd and Tuesday, October 28th.  Parents are encouraged to schedule conferences to discuss their child’s progress with their teachers.  

Appointments can be made by clicking the link below, calling the Jr. High office at (618) 643-5031, or by emailing Mrs. Douglass at douglassm@unit10.com.  Appointments will be available from 3:00-6:30 on both days.  Each conference is scheduled for 15 minutes.  We ask that you arrive on time and try not to exceed the allotted 15 minutes per appointment.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Change of Date for Girls Basketball Tryouts! Tryouts will now be held on September 29th & 30th from 3:00-5:00 pm in the Jr High Gym.

The Jr. High Girls Basketball staff would like to invite all 7th and 8th grade girls to tryout for the 25-26 season. Tryouts will be held October 1st from 3:00-5:00 pm.

The Junior High Boys Basketball coaching staff would like to invite all interested 7th and 8th grade boys to tryouts for the 2025-2026 season.

Tryouts will be held September 22nd , September 24th and September 25th from 3pm-5pm in the Jr High Gym.

If you must miss part or all of 1 day of tryouts due to other athletic obligations, please contact one of the coaches before 9/22 so alternative arrangements can be made.

All those interested MUST have an up to date physical, concussion screening AND sign the list in the nurse’s office.

Hamilton County Jr/Sr High has a free clothing boutique and food pantry for our students! The Friends of Foxes Foxy Free Boutique and Food Pantry has clothing, shoes, hygiene products, and food available for any student who needs it. We are currently accepting monetary donations, as well as tennis shoes, sweatshirts, sweatpants, and pantry food items. Donations can be brought to the Jr or Sr High office M-F from 8am-3pm. The attached flyer also has a QR code that will take you directly to our Amazon Wish List, which will be updated as needs arise.
